In ArcGIS Business Analyst, when building an infographic and adding an element, the Options button does not function and disappears once Apply is clicked.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The fix is available with the November 2024 update.Workaround
After adding the text element to the template, click Edit Text and provide a fill color to the right of the Text Color option.
