Thank you for reporting this issue. This unexpected behavior is fixed with an update to production on 1/18/2024. Following this update, it is now possible to add and authenticate secured services successfully in the newest version of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. Thank you for using ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.Workaround
The ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App classic version (23.R01) operates without issue.
