In ArcGIS Business Analyst Online, the 'Points of Interest Search' tool (business or facility search) fails to leave out locations that are not part of the multi-site or singular site location if zoomed to ZIP codes or county extent.

This issue is no longer reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Business Analyst. The 'Points of Interest Search' tool has been redesigned with a new feature, which is the ability to define the search area analysis in the first step. Try the use case in the new version. Only the defined ZIP codes are shown in the results table and the saved layer. Contact Esri Support Services if there is an issue with the current version.Workaround
Remove the points that are outliers from the created site and zoom in to a closer extent. The businesses that are not associated with the ZIP codes entered are not included in the results.
