In ArcGIS Business Analyst Desktop 10.4, running a proximity analysis on a default Business Analyst Dataset (BDS) layer (for example, Shopping Centers layer) returns the following error message, "An unhandled exception has occurred in Business Analyst Please contact your system Administrator. Failed to execute AnaysisMainComponent."
