This behavior is non-reproducible in the latest version of the ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. If this issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Add the layer/s to a web map in ArcGIS Online. Save the web map, and add the web map to infographics.
- If adding only a single layer, do not add the layer by URL; browse to the item in ArcGIS Online and select the item.
