Bug
In ArcGIS API for Python, the manager.truncate function returns the following error message, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" but truncates features when 'asynchronous=True'.

This issue was addressed in ArcGIS API for Python 2.0.1. Please update to that version.Workaround
Set to 'asynchronous=False'.
