In ArcGIS API for Python 2.0.1, the update() method fails to update a service definition if the service definition is located in a folder other than the root folder in ArcGIS Online.

Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in version 2.1.0.3 and 2.2.0.Workaround
- Move the service definition to the root folder.
- Use ArcGIS API for Python version 1.8.4 or version 1.9.1.
- Publish the data as a new service from ArcGIS Pro version 3x.
