In ArcGIS 10.4 for Desktop, running the Intersect geoprocessing tool on SDO_Geometry data takes longer when using session logs, especially when the log pool table is reused.

Workaround
Use the statement, truncate sde_logpool_1 drop storage, before running the Intersect tool for the second time.Steps to Reproduce
