In ArcGIS 10.4 for Desktop Prerelease, the Project tool returns the error, "000365: Invalid geographic transformation" for the geographic transformations parameter when browsing to the input parameter.

Additional Information

This issue cannot be reproduced in ArcGIS 10.4 for Desktop and ArcGIS Pro 1.2.

Workaround

Add the feature class to ArcMap and drag the feature class from the table of contents to the input box in the Project tool window.
