Bug
In ArcGIS 10.4 for Desktop Prerelease, the Project tool returns the error, "000365: Invalid geographic transformation" for the geographic transformations parameter when browsing to the input parameter.

This issue cannot be reproduced in ArcGIS 10.4 for Desktop and ArcGIS Pro 1.2.Workaround
