In ArcGIS 10.3 for Server, no public or secured folders are visible on the REST page after configuring Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) with a web-tier authentication and an Internet Information Server (IIS) with Windows authentication.

Additional Information

The ArcGIS Web Adaptor (IIS) is unable to perform a web-tier authentication with LDAP.

Workaround

Reconfigure LDAP to use GIS-tier authentication.
