In ArcCatalog, FGDB raster fails to build pyramids if the user clicks anywhere while the process is going on.

Navigate to main menu in ArcCatalog > Customize > ArcCatalog options > Raster > Raster Dataset and select the radio button 'Never build pyramids and don't prompt in the future'. Now navigate to ArcToolbox > Data Management Tools > Raster > Raster Properties > Build Pyramids. This builds the pyramids successfully even if you click anywhere else while the process is running.Steps to Reproduce
