In an Open Data site, using the text pane with custom cascading style sheets (CSS) in it causes the banner with the search box to increase in size with unwanted space.

Additional Information

A class named 'banner' is used and defined in the page structure. The supplied cascading style sheets (CSS) redefines and modifies that class, which causes other elements (for example, a banner) that have that class to be displayed differently per the new value of the class. As a workaround, use class names that do not conflict with the existing ones in the page. Additionally, do not use absolute positioning.
