In an Internet Explorer browser, users need to click the drop-down menu several times to open the drop-down menu in the Basic Viewer template. However in Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome, users only need to click once.

Open the web mapping application in another browser such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.In Internet Explorer, users must double-click the drop-down menu to open the menu. In Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, only a single click is required.
