Bug
In an Experience Builder app using data published from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 in GDA 1994 (EPSG:4283), pop-up and flash actions may appear offset from the actual feature location when triggered by Search or Query widgets—particularly when no geographic transformation is set, or when the transformation is set to 'GDA 1994 to WGS 1984'.

Workaround
When creating the feature layer in ArcGIS Pro, set the transformation to 'GDA 1994 to WGS84 2'
