In an ArcGIS Survey123 nested repeat, where the child repeat contains an image question and is dependent on a question in the parent repeat, the expected result is to display a blank image question to take a new photo. However, the image question displays an image from the first repeat instead.

Workaround

Implement a cascading set of Yes or No questions and images.

The first question confirms if adding an image is required. If Yes is selected, the image question appears.

If an image is taken, another Yes or No question is displayed to confirm whether adding another image is required.
