In an ArcGIS Pro project, signing in to a different portal connection, and running the Analyze in the map service pane returns the error, “Unable to acquire a license from the licensing portal.”

Additional Information

When sharing with ArcGIS Pro, analyzers work with the active portal to which you are sharing, which does not necessarily need to be your licensing portal. The problem described in this bug could not be reproduced.

Workaround

Make sure that ArcGIS Pro is signed in (Portal for ArcGIS) and licensed from the same Portal for ArcGIS to analyze map service.
