Bug

In an ArcGIS Pro animation, setting an individual layer in a specific keyframe to "Ignored" still shows that layer as visible throughout the animation.

Additional Information

Moving a layer into the Ignored column does not affect visibility. Instead, it's telling the software to ignore the defined layer properties. For example, if users had a single keyframe where the visibility was turned off so that a layer appeared to disappear, then reappear in the animation, and that keyframe was then set to be ignored, in the resulting animation the layer appears visible at all times. To impact the visibility of a layer within the animation, users need to utilize the Visible checkbox and not move it into the Ignored column.
