In an ArcGIS Hub site, the Download sidebar returns an API error for the CSV and Shapefile options if the setting to download data to local projections is enabled and the layer has a projection other than WGS84 Web Mercator (WKID 3857).

Support could not reproduce the issue. If the unexpected behavior is observed consistently again, please submit a new bug and provide access to the customer site to diagnose the issue live.

Workaround

Disable the option for Local Projections on the Hub site by navigating to Settings > Data.
