In a utility network, an edit fails when attempting to delete overlapping midspan vertices, and the error message "Modify vertices failed. ERROR: Unable to complete operation., Operation rolled back., Operation rolled back." is returned.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4, 3.3.2, and 3.2.4.Workaround
In some cases, in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.10 and ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3, it works when one of the other overlapping lines is selected in the Edit Vertices tool instead, and the vertex is deleted.
