This is a duplicate of BUG-000146623. The read-only method cannot be used as the relevancy causes a dependency cycle and returns "ODK Validate Errors" stated in (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/confirm-answer-delete-overwrite/td-p/857679).
