In a Portal for ArcGIS web application, the Group Filter widget fails to zoom to a filtered layer returning a single feature when used with a non-Web Mercator projection basemap.

Additional Information
If the projection for the basemap and the filtered layer are different, then the Group Filter widget does not zoom to the results successfully. This issue seems to be due to mixed projections between the web map's basemap and the projection of the filtered layers.Workaround
Make sure the basemap and the filtered layers are using the same projection.Steps to Reproduce
