In a multiple language survey form, if the default answer is specified for a select_one question (with minimal appearance), the survey only shows the default language's label in the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect desktop app and the Survey123 field app.

Workaround

  • Use a different appearance setting that does not use a drop-down.
  • Access the survey from the browser only.
