In a local scene, artifacts appear at the edges of a scene layer with a custom elevation surface when using the State Plane Coordinate System.

Additional Information
This is not a defect in the software but an artifact of the data used to create this scene. The reason is that the tile layer bounds are larger than the elevation layer bounds.Workaround
- Apply a clipping area to the scene.
- Reduce the bounds of the tile layer.
- Increase the elevation layer bounds, for example using a secondary elevation layer that covers a greater area.
