In a Local Government Information Model (LGIM) parcel fabric with a user added coded value on the lrControlType domain, the control points with the custom Control Type value does not maintain that value and instead it changes to 0 when unjoining or rejoining tax parcels.

Workaround

There are two options as workarounds for this issue.Option A:Do not use any new coded values for the IrControlType except the four that come with the LGIM.or Option B:Reset the values from 0 to your coded value after each join.
