In a group with a table-list appearance with a nested group, questions after the nested group do not appear with a table-list appearance on the ArcGIS Survey123 form.

A group with a table-list appearance can only contain select_one questions.Workaround
Rather than creating a new group relevant to question 1 to include the two text questions, remove the second group they are in and make both text questions relevant to question 1. This keeps the appearance of the entire original group.
