In a Distributed installation, the Web Application post installation summary displays the web server name instead of the server object manager (SOM) machine name .

Workaround

Install IIS on the SOM machine name and modify the GIS Services to install the Web Services (REST and SOAP). Then run the Web Application post installation to configure both components of ArcGIS Server.
