In a distributed collaboration, when performing real-time syncs of hosted feature layers from ArcGIS Enterprise to ArcGIS Online, the outbound addItem request sent to ArcGIS Online during the upload and import replication package to peer operation intermittently times out if it runs for more than 60 seconds.

Workaround

Delete the replication package items and perform the sync again.
