Improve the user experience when outputting data to a different datum and no datum transformation is provided by the user. For example, if you are running Feature Class to Feature Class and the input feature class is NAD27 and the output feature data set is NAD83.

Provide a datum transformation in the gp environment settings. Also, if you have the correct datum transformation set in the ArcMap data frame, the GP tools will use it. This obviously is not applicable if the GP tools are being run in ArcCatalogSteps to Reproduce
