Additional Information
In the 3.1 release of ArcGIS Pro, the ability to estimate credits prior to running credit-consuming tools is added and the documentation and error messaging is enhanced. In a future release, the functionality to block running solves if the user doesn't have enough credits according to the estimate and continue improving our documentation will be added. Some additional changes are set to occur on the ArcGIS Online account side that will also improve this behavior.Workaround
Update to ArcGIS Pro 3.1 or higher.
