Importing Unicode data into a SAP HANA geodatabase fails with the error, "Inserted value too large for column" if the VARCHAR data type is used.

Workaround
Manually change the length of the Unicode text fields during the import. For example, change the length of the SICHO field to 40 to make sure all records in the field can be imported successfully. Do this for all Unicode text fields in the feature class.
