Importing ArcPy fails with the error "RuntimeError: The Product License has not been initialized.", when the Python environment is accessed remotely on a Linux machine via Windows Remote Management (WinRM) and ArcGIS Pro is authorized with a Single Use license.

Additional Information

Single Use licenses need authorization on the machine that ArcGIS Pro and ArcPy are being run on. Using the license of the existing machine through a remote connection is not the intended operation of this license.
