Not reproducible in Portal for ArcGIS 11.0.Workaround
- Attempt the import again. This issue occurs intermittently.
- Use an access key for authentication instead of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) role.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 as it is not reproduced internally in that version.
