Importing a large CSV file directly into ArcGIS Pro using the Table To Table conversion tool results in data inaccuracies in the output with no warning triggered in the tool.

Workaround
Create a schema.ini file in the directory containing the CSV using the following entries:
[nameOfCSV.csv]
Col2=GRID_ID Double
