Importing a file to the ArcGIS Business Analyst web app with the location data containing multibyte characters in a field name returns the following error, "An error occurred with project data."

This issue is resolved in the October 2023 release of ArcGIS Business Analyst.Workaround
Publish the file as a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online, then add the data to ArcGIS Business Analyst web app using the 'Add web maps and layers' workflow.
