Importing a custom widget in Portal for ArcGIS Experience Builder, along with 3rd-party libraries that are dynamically loaded, throws a ChunkLoadError.

This is fixed in developer edition 1.16 (Dec. 4th 2024 release)Workaround
Adding the chunks folder to the directory below resolves the issue: C:\ProgramFiles\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\experiencebuilder\widgets\.
