Import From SDTS tool in ArcToolbox > Coverage Tools > To Coverage crashes ArcCatalog with the error "ArcCatalog.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."

Reference NIM038533 which is marked as Resolved for 10 - the application does not crash at 10, but still doesn't work. No output is created.The workaround is to use SDTSIMPORT at the ArcInfo command line.Steps to Reproduce
