Caused by NIM009806Workaround
1] Define the projection for txt_parc.dxf, by renaming France II.prj to txt_parc.prj. The annotation all converts to the geodatabase using Import CAD Annotation.2] In AutoCAD, adding a point or polyline feature to txt_parc.dxf to make txt_parc_singleline.dxf then importing that annotation to the geodatabase, all the annotation features convert to geodatabase using Import CAD Annotation.Steps to Reproduce
