Bug
Import a dataset into ArcGIS Pro through a web feature service, but ArcGIS Pro fails to correctly read polygons (buildings) containing arcs, either drawing them incorrectly or not at all, and when the swap X/Y coordinates is used, the polygons disappeared entirely from the map across ArcGIS Pro versions 3.0.3, 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3.
