Additional Information
The ExportMetadata routine only exports a subset of metadata. This is by design. The esriExportExactCopy parameter only indicates what additional filtering should be applied after the MDImportExportOption. To export all metadata, use the SaveMetadataAsXML method, as included in the issue report.Steps to Reproduce
