Re-logged as ENH-000125762.Workaround
- Add images vertically to one another and add alt text in Esri Story Map Cascade or the new ArcGIS StoryMaps.
- Use an image editing program to group images together and add them in Esri Story Map Cascade. Alt text is allowed as it is recognized as a single image.
