The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Navigate to the parent feature layer called CitizenProblems, and open the feature layer in Map Viewer.
- Navigate to the 'Photos and Files' column in the attribute table. There is an entry of '(1) Show'.
- Click the Data tab in the item details page for the CitizenProblems feature layer, the entry is also displayed as '(1) Show'.
