Additional Information
Image services have tight controls over how large of an image can be exported from them. This provides security against people making too many requests and overloading servers. This can be seen in the Export Raster pane upon trying to export an area from the service in ArcGIS Pro which is larger than the maximum allowed.Workaround
Use a lower resolution when exporting.Steps to Reproduce
