In Image Server Manager, provide the "External IP Address" in the Image Service Provider and restart the provider.Services can now be added in ArcMap.ArcGIS Server managed image services will now start.This field is not necessary on an identically configured Image Server using Windows Server 2003.Steps to Reproduce
