The client does not appear to be recognizing the spatial reference of the workspace, so the workspace's spatial reference will need to be set for the affected service:1. Click the 'Server Manager' button on the IS client toolbar.2. Select the service that is being reprojected and click the Service Properties button.3. In the 'Service Properties' tab, select the desired spatial reference.Steps to Reproduce
