Additional Information
The `media::image` column in XLSForm does not support alt text. However, images can be inserted with HTML syntax directly in a note question or other questions’ label or hint, where the alt text can be set and supported in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app. Refer to the documentation with alt supported for the img tag https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/styleyourform.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_2BDD8020000A49298E5C42F939AB88F6 for more information.Workaround
