'Ignore field alias' does not apply in the Table Compare tool when differences in numeric aliases are found.

This issue is a known limitation in the Table Compare tool. The issue is caused by the existence of the GlobalID field. The Data Comparison toolset is no longer under development.Workaround
Use the following parameters:
Compare Type: All or Attributes only
Ignore Options: Ignore field alias
Omit Fields: GlobalID
If 'Schema only' instead of 'All' or 'Attribute only' in the Compare Type parameter with the options specified above, the alias difference is not ignored.
