Bug
If you launch a LYR file containing an ArcGIS Online Premium Service, e.g., Microsoft Virtual Earth from Windows Explorer, Outlook, a web page, etc, it never gets sent to ArcGlobe even if ArcGlobe is currently open. If ArcGlobe is the uppermost open Desktop application, it should get sent to ArcGlobe.
