If the Windows Region and Language settings are set to Czech (Czech Republic), solving the service area analysis fails with the following error, "ERROR 030118: All break values must be numeric."

Additional Information

With ArcGIS Pro 1.3 build 5748 this issue is no longer reproducible.

Workaround

Set the Region and Language settings to English (United States). Changing the Decimal symbol in the Region and Language settings from a comma to a period works when the Region and Language settings is maintained as German or French, but does not work for Czech (Czech Republic).
