Bug

If the TempFolders system environment variable is used and its variable value is specified as a folder at the root level of the C drive (C:) without a trailing slash, the error message "Error 010462: Geodesic visibility exception: cannot create HashedRowCollection snapshots file: <path>" is returned when running the Geodesic Viewshed tool in ArcGIS Pro.
