Bug
If the schema of the hosted feature service in the host ArcGIS Online organization is changed, leaving the editing template out of date, adding the service to a collaboration workspace results in a publishing failure in the host portal, leaving an orphaned hosted feature service item outside of the collaboration group.

The behavior is not seen in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4, the hosted feature service is correctly created in the guest portal and the editing template has been updated to align with the schema change in the hosted feature service in the host ArcGIS Online organization.Steps to Reproduce
